Angel Fire's world class mountain biking terrain attracts new events to the area!

"USA Cycling announced a two-year agreement with New Mexico’s Angel Fire Resort to host the 2011 and 2012 Collegiate Mountain Bike National Championships. After unanticipated difficulties forced the original venue to step down as the event’s host this spring, Angel Fire agreed to step in and offer up its world-class bike park for the three days of national championship racing."

This is a great resource for both landlords and tenants alike. The hotline will help you know what your rights as a landlord and tenant are and teaches you how to protect those rights.

"After fifteen years of service, the New Mexico Landlord Tenant Hotline has lost its major funding source. We need your help!

In order to continue providing information and training on the Uniform Owner Resident Relations Act to landlords, tenants and the general public of New Mexico we need both volunteers to help us and financial donations to help us pay the hard costs of running this office.

Without your help. the valuable service we provide to both landlords and renters will no longer be available."

What a great warm weekend in Santa Fe! A little haze blocked the mountain views Saturday morning but after a little breeze we had fantastic weather in the 80s. Downtown is buzzing as we all head for shopping on the plaza. June is a great month to be in northern New Mexico!
