The festival will be packed with entertainment with three stages, two motocycle runs, a bike row, custom bike contest, tattoo contest, Miss Taos Mountain contest, bike and food vendors, arts and crafts village and a kid-friendly area. Headlining the event–Grand Funk Railroad and joining in–Puddle of Mudd.
The Taos Mountain Motorcycle Rally will be July 10 - 12 at Kit Carson Park in Taos.

The Taos News announces the coming of the 1st Annual Taos Mountain Music Festival in an article in this week’s recent Tempo Magazine. Written by a member of the staff, the kick off article announces the first acts for the event on August 15, 2009.
Joan Osbourne, The Wailers and Ozomatli are the first of a growing line-up for the concert at the base of the ski runs.
At the “Strawberry Fair”, there will be food stalls, vendors, beer and wine sales and performing artists.
Tickets are on sale now. An all day festival ticket is $35 in advance, $38 day of show. Children 10 years old and younger are free, but must be accompanied by an adult. They can be purchased online and by calling toll-free (888) 512-7469 Monday through Saturday and at the TSV Chamber of Commerce beginning Jun 25.
