Charles Goodman, CEO
Charles Goodman, CEO, has been in the real estate business as an owner/investor/property manager since 1976, when he acquired a 5-unit apartment complex in the S.E. Heights of Albuquerque. He and his wife still own this complex today. Charles and his family also own more than 20 additional properties which include vacant land, single family residential, and commercial real estate. Outside of real estate, Charles has a financial consulting practice providing access to high net worth individuals on asset allocation and risk management. Charles and his two sons are proud Eagle Scouts. In his spare time he likes to travel, trek, and ski. Some of Charles treking includes rim-to-rim hikes twice a year at the Grand Canyon.
Diane Goodman, President
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Diane has lived in New Mexico for 29 years, and has been proud to call Santa Fe home since 1982. Diane is the owner and president of RPM Inc. dba/Kokopelli, and has been a licensed New Mexico Real Estate Associate Broker since 1997. Prior to her involvement in real estate, Diane had careers in teaching and public health nutrition. In addition to the family real estate in New Mexico, Diane also shares ownership of her family farm in central Wisconsin. Diane is the proud mother of two Eagle scouts and her hobbies include pilates, cooking, and travel.
Brant Goodman, COO
Brant Goodman was born in Albuquerque, but has called Santa Fe his home for the past 25 years. He graduated from St. Michael's High School and attended San Antonio's Trinity University where he received a BS in Finance with minors in Economics and Spanish. Brant has served the Santa Fe community as an Eagle Scout, and is actively involved on the Rotary board as the International Director. Brant has worked for Kokopelli since September 2004. He began as a property manager, was quickly promoted to Leasing Director, and is the Chief Operations Officer.
Jason Couillard, CFO
Born and raised in Illinois, Jason and his wife relocated to Santa Fe in 2000. He is the Chief Financial Officer of Kokopelli, as well as a Certified Public Accountant and Investment Consultant with more than seven years experience as a CPA in private practice. As a licensed Realtor, Jason adds a skill set to Kokopelli unmatched in the industry. He holds B.S. Degrees in both Financial Accounting and Business Information Systems. Jason serves as Treasurer of the Santa Fe Downtown Kiwanis Club and Foundation and as a board member to the St. Vincent Hospital Foundation. Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, skiing, playing the piano, cooking, traveling, and playing with his two cats.
Marilyn Proctor, Director of Vacation Rentals, (Santa Fe)
Ms. Proctor was born and raised in New York and relocated to Santa Fe in 1973 where she met her husband Daryl. Together they have raised three beautiful daughters and are happy to call Santa Fe their home. Marilyn has worked in property management for the past 30 years, and has owned and operated a property management firm specializing in exclusive short term rentals. Recognized as the leader in high end vacation rentals in the City of Santa Fe, Marilyn joined the Kokopelli firm in October 2006. Ms. Proctor brings her expertise and dedication to the Kokopelli team on a daily basis. Her experience with the film industry since 1985 has placed many high profile guests in rental properties. The guest list includes Billy Crystal, Meg Ryan, Carol Burnett, Martin Sheen, Kevin Costner, Dennis Quaid, Tommy Lee Jones, Josh Brolin, Ron Howard, Cate Blanchett and Samuel L. Jackson to name a few. However, you don't have to be famous to have Marilyn's full attention. She can accommodate your needs, from small casitas to grand luxury properties, with the wide variety of inventory at Kokopelli. When not working, Marilyn enjoys spending time with her daughters, reading, actively supporting St. Michael's High School athletics, and volunteering with the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce. She also is the Kokopelli representative for the national Vacation Rental Manager's Association (VRMA).
Ronda Doss, Quality Assurance Manager (Santa Fe)
Ronda joined Kokopelli Property Management in January 2007, bringing nine years of real estate experience, three of which were dedicated to the vacation rental industry. Ronda has worked closely with Marilyn Proctor, proving what an awesome team the two of them make. Ronda adores the City Different and plans to retire here so she can continue to enjoy the culture and climate. She has a wonderful husband, and a 20 year old son. In her spare time you will find her planting flowers, playing with her five dogs, entertaining family and friends, and enjoying the great outdoors.
Amber Archuleta, Office Manager (Taos)
Amber is a lifelong resident of Northern New Mexico and during the last five years has become a specialist in vacation rental reservations and guest services. She is also an expert in dealing with tenant concerns and she enjoys the fast paced environment of property management. Amber's biggest joy in life is her five year old son Nathan. When not working, Amber and Nathan enjoy visits to the museum, library, the zoo, as well as trips to Disneyland and Sea World.
Don Hurst, Controller (Santa Fe)
Born and raised in the suburbs north of Los Angeles, Don has a broad base of experience ranging from retail management, automotive trades, television and broadcasting, insurance investigations, and for the last ten years, property management and related trust accounting. He has enjoyed living in Santa Fe for nearly 14 years.
Anna McNair, Property Manager (Santa Fe)
Anna has recently joined the team of leasing professionals at Kokopelli Property Management. After traveling and working in Latin America for over 10 years, Anna now makes Santa Fe her home bringing with her over ten years of client-service oriented experience as well as an eye for detail.
Marnie Lovato, Property Manager (Santa Fe)
Marnie is a lifelong resident of Santa Fe and earned her Real Estate license in 1997. She joined our long-term department in December of 2007. She brings with her over 13 years of experience in Real Estate. In her free time she enjoys gardening, hiking, volleyball, and spending time with her family.
Lenore Houston, Long Term Assistant (Santa Fe)
After 40 years in Kansas City, Missouri, Lenore was more than ready to head to the wide open spaces in the west, settling in Santa Fe - an area that she had visited often as a child. New to real estate, she has a wide and varied background in customer service and medical administration with a mission to always provide the highest degree of service to others. When not at work, Lenore enjoys cooking, reading, bicycling, traveling, playing with her parrot and cat and just enjoying life to the fullest.
Tulima Mauga, Leasing Agent (Taos)
Tulima was born and raised in Southern California. She worked as support staff for a national real estate company in Colorado prior to moving to Angel Fire, New Mexico in 2005. She's enjoyed northern New Mexico ever since. Bringing a myriad of experiences from a variety of work and sales environments, Tulima aims to exceed client expectations first and foremost—from start to finish. She is actively licensed as a Real Estate Qualifying Broker in New Mexico. Tulima enjoys serving the community as a member of the Rotary Club of Angel Fire, and in the past as a volunteer Firefighter and EVO at the Angel Fire Fire Department . When not out "saving the world—one property at a time", Tulima loves to settle down by reading, appreciating artworks, hiking and socializing at the many events that occur throughout the Enchanted Circle.
Coy Ernst, Maintenance Director (Santa Fe)
Born and raised in Arizona and New Mexico, Coy started with Kokopelli Property Management in March 2008. Prior to his arrival at Kokopelli, Coy worked in the lumber and construction industry for 27 years. He has a wonderful family which includes his wife, one daughter, three sons and six grandchildren. He enjoys his family and pets as well as the great outdoors and fishing.
Ryan Goodman, Administrative Assistant (Santa Fe)
Ryan Goodman was born and raised in Santa Fe. He graduated from St. Michaels High School and attended Montana State University in Bozeman where he received his BS in Business Management with a minor in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship in May 2009. He has served the community of Santa Fe as an Eagle Scout since 2003. Ryan started at Kokopelli in June of 2009 as an Administrative Assistant. In his free time Ryan enjoys skiing, mountain biking, canoeing, camping, and hanging out with his brother and his dog.
Trudy Rahn, Quality Assurance Manager (Santa Fe)
Trudy Rahn has over ten years of experience in Property Management. She has recently come from Northern California where she managed a family complex with over 200 residents. Having lived and worked in the travel industry in Las Vegas, NV and having owned her own home based travel company she has many years of travel related experience. She grew up in Tucson Arizona. She has studied extensively in alternative medicine and is an ordained minister. Trudy is enjoying Santa Fe with her two daughters and husband.
Jenny Arrey, Receptionist
Jenny was born in Los Angeles and moved to Santa Fe when she was 10. She graduated from Santa Fe High School and is certified as an EMT. She volunteers for a non profit organization where she teaches dance and tutors children. She makes herself available to mentor young girls and models in her free time. She loves being a mother, traveling & working out.
Jeremy Bremser, Assistant Controller
Jeremy was born on the East Coast in Connecticut. He moved out to New Mexico at the age of 6 and grew up in Los Alamos. Jeremy has been in the accounting industry for 6 years. He started handling the accounting for a few hotels in Santa Fe, Fort Marcy and The Lodge at Santa Fe. Some interests are playing hockey and going snowboarding. Jeremy also enjoys SCUBA diving and has traveled the world to enjoy the sport.
