Administration

Charles Goodman, CEO, Qualifying Broker, Kokopelli Property Management
Charles Goodman, CEO, has been in the real estate business as an owner/investor/property manager since 1976, when he acquired a 5-unit apartment complex in the S.E. Heights of Albuquerque. He and his wife still own this complex today. Charles and his family also own more than 20 additional properties which include vacant land, single family residential, and commercial real estate. Outside of real estate, Charles has a financial consulting practice providing access to high net worth individuals on asset allocation and risk management. Charles and his two sons are proud Eagle Scouts.  In his spare time he likes to travel, trek, and ski.  Some of Charles treking includes rim-to-rim hikes twice a year at the Grand Canyon.

Diane Goodman, President
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Diane has lived in New Mexico for 29 years, and has been proud to call Santa Fe home since 1982. Diane is the owner and president of RPM Inc. dba/Kokopelli, and has been a licensed New Mexico Real Estate Associate Broker since 1997. Prior to her involvement in real estate, Diane had careers in teaching and public health nutrition. In addition to the family real estate in New Mexico, Diane also shares ownership of her family farm in central Wisconsin. Diane is the proud mother of two Eagle scouts and her hobbies include pilates, cooking, and travel.

Accounting Department


Jason Couillard, CFO
Born and raised in Illinois, Jason and his wife relocated to Santa Fe in 2000. He is the Chief Financial Officer of Kokopelli, as well as a Certified Public Accountant and Investment Consultant with more than seven years experience as a CPA in private practice. As a licensed Realtor, Jason adds a skill set to Kokopelli unmatched in the industry. He holds B.S. Degrees in both Financial Accounting and Business Information Systems. Jason serves as Treasurer of the Santa Fe Downtown Kiwanis Club and Foundation and as a board member to the St. Vincent Hospital Foundation. Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, skiing, playing the piano, cooking, traveling, and playing with his two cats.


Don Hurst, Controller / Vacation Rental Accountant
Born and raised in the suburbs north of Los Angeles, Don has a broad base of experience ranging from retail management, automotive trades, television and broadcasting, insurance investigations, and for the last ten years, property management and related trust accounting. He has enjoyed living in Santa Fe for nearly 14 years.

Jeremy Bremser, Assistant Controller / Long Term Accountant
Jeremy was born on the East Coast in Connecticut. He moved out to New Mexico at the age of 6 and grew up in Los Alamos. Jeremy has been in the accounting industry for 6 years. He started handling the accounting for a few hotels in Santa Fe, Fort Marcy and The Lodge at Santa Fe. Some interests are playing hockey and going snowboarding. Jeremy also enjoys SCUBA diving and has traveled the world to enjoy the sport.

Long Term Department


Anna McNair, Property Manager (Santa Fe)
Anna has recently joined the team of leasing professionals at Kokopelli Property Management. After traveling and working in Latin America for over 10 years, Anna now makes Santa Fe her home bringing with her over ten years of client-service oriented experience as well as an eye for detail.


Jeff Browne, Property Manager (Santa Fe)
Born in Indiana, Jeff has been a licensed realtor for over 10 years and a part-time resident of New Mexico since the early 1990's. He has been with Kokopelli since the Spring of 2011. He has had a career in marketing with Hallmark Cards in Kansas City; was owner of Hallmark stores in Texas for 13 years; and has also published Natural Awakenings New Mexico magazine since 2005. He has served as a planning commissioner and volunteer/board member for public television. He is also a lover of springer spaniels, and has been heavily involved with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation for many years. Jeff loves the enchantment of New Mexico and enjoys providing customer service to our property owners and tenants, in the hopes of sharing the same magical experience of living here that he enjoys.


Tulima Mauga, Qualifying Broker (Taos and Angel Fire)
Tulima was born and raised in Southern California. She worked as support staff for a national real estate company in Colorado prior to moving to Angel Fire, New Mexico in 2005. She's enjoyed northern New Mexico ever since. Bringing a myriad of experiences from a variety of work and sales environments, Tulima aims to exceed client expectations first and foremost—from start to finish. She is actively licensed as a Real Estate Qualifying Broker in New Mexico. Tulima enjoys serving the community as a member of the Rotary Club of Angel Fire, and in the past as a volunteer Firefighter and EVO at the Angel Fire Fire Department . When not out "saving the world—one property at a time", Tulima loves to settle down by reading, appreciating artworks, hiking and socializing at the many events that occur throughout the Enchanted Circle.

Katherine Matthews, Leasing Agent (Angel Fire)
Katherine has been a Vacation Planner for more than two years. After traveling extensively, she returned to her home of Angel Fire. An avid outdoors woman, Katherine began skiing at the age of two, snowboarding at the age of sixteen and loves hiking, biking and fishing. Katherine also enjoys spending her down-time with her husband Casey and weimaraner Blue.

Rose Acevedo, Leasing Assistant (Santa Fe)
A native Santa Fean, Rose joined the Kokopelli team in June, 2011. With a background in banking, she listens to her clients needs and provides excellent customer service. Rose is currently working on her Real Estate License as well as an undergraduate degree in Business Accounting. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with Bella, her Chinese Crested dog and her cat Louie.

Tanya Bakker, Leasing Assistant (Santa Fe)
Born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, Tanya moved to Santa Fe 15 years ago and recently joined the Kokopelli team in July of 2011. Tanya loves working with people and particularly enjoys helping her clients discover a place to call home. In her spare time, Tanya can be found spending time with her four daughters and granddaughter, hiking, camping, and cooking.

Gabrielle Nelson, Leasing Assistant (Taos)
Gabrielle Nelson joined the Kokopelli team as a leasing assistant in May 2011, and brings a background in property management and human resources. Gabrielle recently worked for Angel Fire Resort where she found it fun to match people with a great job opportunity. “Both property management and human resources share similarities in that the goal is to make great matches for people,” she said. Gabrielle looks forward to finding a terrific match for each person looking to lease a property. Gabrielle is originally from Minnesota, but happily living out West and loves the rugged beauty of Northern New Mexico–where she enjoys having a home where she can ski, hike, fly fish, camp, bicycle, and horse trail riding and dressage. Gabrielle loves to write, make jewelry, and care for special needs animals, especially dogs and horses. She is also a member of Rotary and enjoys working on community projects.

Vacation Rental Department


Brant Goodman, COO / Vacation Rental Director
Brant Goodman was born in Albuquerque, but has called Santa Fe his home for the past 25 years. He graduated from St. Michael's High School and attended San Antonio's Trinity University where he received a BS in Finance with minors in Economics and Spanish. Brant has served the Santa Fe community as an Eagle Scout, and is actively involved on the Rotary board as the International Director. Brant has worked for Kokopelli since September 2004. He began as a property manager, was quickly promoted to Leasing Director, and is the Chief Operations Officer.

Ryan Goodman, Vacation Rental Assistant Manager / Web and Marketing Specialist (Santa Fe)
Ryan Goodman was born and raised in Santa Fe.  He graduated from St. Michaels High School and attended Montana State University in Bozeman where he received his BS in Business Management with a minor in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship in May 2009.  He has served the community of Santa Fe as an Eagle Scout since 2003.  Ryan started at Kokopelli in June of 2009 as an Administrative Assistant.  In his free time Ryan enjoys skiing, mountain biking, canoeing, camping, and hanging out with his brother and his dog.

Ronda Doss, Lead Vacation Planner (Santa Fe)
Ronda joined Kokopelli Property Management in January 2007, bringing nine years of real estate experience, five of which were dedicated to the vacation rental industry. Ronda adores the City Different and plans to retire here so she can continue to enjoy the culture and climate. She has a wonderful husband, and a 21 year old son. In her spare time you will find her planting flowers, playing with her five dogs, entertaining family and friends, and enjoying the great outdoors.


Marcia Leary, Vacation Planner (Santa Fe)
Marcia joined Kokopelli in November of 2010 as a licensed real estate broker in Santa Fe and is one of our Vacation Planners.  Marcia comes to Kokopelli with an extensive background in sales, marketing and management with both corporations and start up organizations in the high technology and retail environments.  She has lived all over the United States and Mexico bringing a great understanding of diverse backgrounds and experiences.  She moved to Santa Fe four years ago from Seattle after selling her dog grooming retail business, Muttley Crew. 

Ben Porter, Vacation Planner (All locations)
Born and raised in Denver, Ben relocated to Santa Fe in October of 2011. Ben comes to Kokopelli with a diverse background, including over 5 years of customer service, 4 years of graphic design, 2 years as a real estate photographer, as well as some time in sales of varying products and services. In his free time you will find Ben snowboarding, fly fishing, camping, enjoying the arts, or just hanging out with his husky, Balto.


Zach Buzzell, Quality Assurance Manager (Santa Fe)
As a maintenance technician working in the field, Zach has served Kokopelli since 2008. Zach's maintenance and technician experience catapulted him into an ideal and current position as Quality Assurance Manager. Recently having moved into the office environment, Zach enjoys providing customer service and interacting with guests, owners and vendors. Zach has also served as a volunteer fire fighter. Zach grew up in northern New Mexico and has lived here for 18 years and enjoys spending time out doors.

Mike Liddle, Quality Assurance Manager (Angel Fire)
Mike began his career in real estate & property management 36 years ago.  He is an Eagle Scout and a founding member of the Rotary Club of Angel Fire.  Mike and his son Ben have lived in Angel Fire for the last 15 years and enjoy the lifestyle that this beautiful community has to offer.

Maintenance Department


Coy Ernst, Maintenance Director (Santa Fe)
Born and raised in Arizona and New Mexico, Coy started with Kokopelli Property Management in March 2008. Prior to his arrival at Kokopelli, Coy worked in the lumber and construction industry for 27 years. He has a wonderful family which includes his wife, one daughter, three sons and six grandchildren. He enjoys his family and pets as well as the great outdoors and fishing.

Jeff Martinez, Field Tech Supervisor (Santa Fe)
Jeff has over 20 years experience in home decorating and home remodeling in Santa Fe. Jeff has managed two independent home decorating retail companies in Santa Fe and ran his own painting, flooring and remodeling business before joining Kokopelli. He has two teenage boys whom he dedicates all his spare time to, and coaches them in basketball and baseball. Jeff joined the Kokopelli team because of the great reputation and great people that he works with.
