Taos Wool Festival
First weekend in October
See 400 years of wool tradition as New Mexico, Colorado and Texas breeders and fiber artists arrive for the Taos Wool Festival. For two days at Kit Carson Park, traditional and contemporary fiber artists display their work. Kids can see sheep, goats, rabbits, alpacas and llamas and try their hands at a fiber project.
