Donna,

    Miguel called this afternon and said that Robert would be here at 2pm to take a look at the a/c unit.  Robert got here about 10 min. to 12pm and found that there was a baseball lodged in the a/c unit as well as a bent flap that was causing all of the noise.  Robert has fixed the problem.
    I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with Miguel and Robert as well as Kokopelli for being so quick to respond to our requests.  Thank you! - Bryan Doemer
