This place is a special sanctuary, a place to restore oneself and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you every moment of the day and night. Many of the paintings of New Mexico and Santa Fe are the original artwork of the owner. It is a surprisingly quiet place overlooking the historic Cathedral Basilica and the capital city, where you will watch the sunrise over the Sangre de Cristo Mountains sitting on the front deck with your cup of coffee or tea. The day brings untold number of things to do and places to see. It is an easy walk to the Indian or Spanish markets and a quick 20 minute drive to golf at Towa or Black Mesa. Casa Manna is 1,300 square feet plus two decks, east and west, and a spacious garage with additional off street parking. The public areas are located upstairs so that you can take in the breath-taking views and enjoy the light. There is a gas-fired kiva fireplace, beautifully appointed dining room and living room and includes a sleeper sofa, wide-screen HD/cable television with DVD player, high-speed wireless Internet access throughout, books and magazine library, small desk, two dining areas, and kitchen with Jenn-Air range/oven. For outdoor cooking, a small charcoal grill is available on the back patio. Downstairs, the master bedroom contains a king bed, a flat screen television, cable, and a DVD player and movie selection. The master bath has a jet tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. It also has a desk and HP printer, where one can write or paint while the sun rises. The guest bath contains an extra-large shower. A front-load washer and dryer are also available off the downstairs hallway. Casa Manna is located three blocks north of the intersection of Griffin Street and Paseo de Peralta. The DeVargas Mall is located a half mile away and has Sunflower Market, Albertsons, Starbucks, restaurants and a movie theatre. Complimentary museum passes (2) for all guests who book this lovely property!! This property does not have land line phone service.
