The Sangre de Cristo mountains offer a majestic backdrop Desirable location in Rosario Hill neighborhood. New, two story patio home close to the Plaza. This light and bright property offers a lovely walled garden area entering into the front of the home. Once inside there is a nice floor plan with an open living dining room and kitchen. There is a traditional kiva fireplace in the living room. This home does not have a land phone line.In addition to the main living area downstairs, there is a bedroom with a bath.Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with another full bath.

This property is conveniently located to our properties at Griffin Compound as well as properties on Rio Grande.
