This charming casita features 1 bedroom and 1 bath and is located in the heart of Santa Fe's Historic district. While the casita adjoines the main house, it offers its own private entry and patio. The casita is well decorated and appointed with a kiva fireplace in the living area and kitchen. At the request of the owner, this is a NO Pets allowed and No Smoking property. This one bedroom guest house has a queen bed, linens, pots, pans, TV and small enclosed private patio. Evaporative cooling! The parking area on the corner of Acequia Madre and Camino del Poniente is shared with another casita and the main house. Please park so that two additional car can pull in. This home is located near Cowboy Retreat, Cowboy on the Acequia, and Canyon Road Treasure, and when leased together can accommodate a larger group traveling together or multiple families looking to stay close in proximity to one another.
