Live like a local in a compound built ca. 1930, on the historic eastside. Totally renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath adobe casita that combines the modern comforts with Santa Fe detailing. King bed in master bedroom, twins that can be made into a king, upon request, in the second bedroom. Comfortable and cozy. During the warmer months, lounging on the terraced patio under the shade of the hugh trees is about as relaxing as it gets. This is a dog friendly property to well behaved fidos. 2 portable evaprative coolers stored in neighbor's garage - notify owner if needed for summer bookings.Permit#:11-00104884
