This is a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home located on Sunset Overlook. A private trail through the back yard provides direct access to the Headin’ Home ski trail. Due to the mountainside location, four-wheel drive is required to reach this home in winter. The house sleeps a maximum of 12 people.On the main level of the home is the living room, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms. The living room has 2 new double-size sleeper sofas and matching loveseat, a wood burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, satellite dish, and DVD player. Patio doors provide access to a large deck with a hot tub and gorgeous views of Wheeler Peak. The kitchen is complete with all major appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table that seats 8. There is additional seating for 5 on stools at the kitchen counter. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level. Each of these two bedrooms has a twin bed as well as a bunk bed that is a double on the bottom and a twin on top. Upstairs is a loft with beautiful views from the large windows and a twin-size day bed. The master bedroom is on this level. It has a queen-size bed and satellite TV. There is a full master bathroom with 2 sinks. Downstairs from the main level is a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and a ¾ bathroom. There is also a game room with a double-size sleeper sofa, a foosball table, Bowflex machine, a bar, stereo with CD player and a sauna. There is a full-size washer and dryer in home.There is an additional fee of $250 for use of the hot tub.
