This is a brand new 5 bedroom/4 1/2 bathroom home that can sleep a maximum of 9 people and is located on Santa Domingo Trail, only a few minute drive to the slopes. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter-time. The living room has many great views and a leather sofa with matching easy chairs, a gas-burning fireplace and satellite TV with a DVD/VCR player. Patio doors lead out to the large deck with deck furniture and a gas grill.The kitchen is complete with all major appliances including a wine cooler. The dining area with a table that seats 8. There is additional seating for 4 on stools at the kitchen counter.The master suite is on the main level and has a queen bed. The large master bathroom features a double sink, deep soaking whirpool tub and a shower. There are two additional bedrooms on the main floor, one has a twin-size bunk bed and the other has a single bed. There is a full bathroom adjacent to these two bedrooms.Upstairs is a large loft with a matching leather couch, love seat and easy chair and a computer. There is a 3/4 bathroom in the loft with a shower and double sinks.On the ground floor there is a large family room with a pool table, air-hockey, ping-pong and a basketball hoop shot. There is a matching couch and love seat and a gas burning fireplace. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed. There is also a ¾ bathroom with double sinks and a shower.This home has a full-size washer and dryer. Guests have access to wifi internet.The home has an outdoor hot tub that is available for a fee of $250.
