This 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home is located on Royal Avenue, approximately 10 minutes from the base of the ski area. Four-wheel drive is required to reach this home in winter. This house will comfortably sleep up to 12 people. This is a two-story home with the entry, living room, dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms located on the first floor. The living room has large windows and a patio door leading to the deck which features great views of the Moreno Valley and surrounding mountains. The living room is furnished with a sofa and loveseat. There is a wood-burning fireplace and a TV with satellite and DVD player. The kitchen is complete with all major appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table that seats 8, with additional seating for 2 on stools at the kitchen counter. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, satellite TV, and a full master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a second full bathroom located near this bedroom but also convenient to the living room.Upstairs is a large loft, plus the third and fourth bedrooms and the third full bathroom. The loft has a TV with VCR/DVD player, a sofa, and a twin-size daybed with a trundle which can be pulled from underneath. The third bedroom has a twin-size trundle bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 double-size beds. The full bathroom is just off the loft and is convenient to both upstairs bedrooms. This home has a full-size washer and dryer.
