The second bedroom has a queen bed and a glass door leading outside to the deck. The third bedroom has a bunk bed which is a double on the bottom and a twin on top. This bedroom also has its own outside door to the deck. There is a full bathroom near these two bedrooms. The house has a large backyard and a flat driveway with easy year-round access. Guests have access to the one-car garage. The home offers internet service and has a full-size washer and dryer.There is an additional fee of $250 for use of the hot tub.
