Kokopelli response: The house was not filthy - the owner was in the house prior to the guest and it was cleaned by a professional housekeeper before the guest arrived. We did not hear one word from the guest during his stay. It is our policy to do a quality check before each guest arrives and the house checked out with a three page check list. Had the guest had a problem and called us, we would have immediatley sent housekeeping out to assist him. There were no phone calls from the guest during his one week stay.
