This is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in the Mountain Pines condos located on Mammoth Mountain Rd., about 3 blocks from the ski area. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people.The living room has a wood-burning fireplace (firewood supplied), cable TV with DVD and VCR, a queen-size sleeper sofa and loveseat. There are tile floors throughout the living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, range, dishwasher and a microwave.The dining table can seat 5. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV with VCR. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV. The third bedroom has two full-size beds and a TV. All three bedrooms are carpeted. There is one full bathroom (shower/tub combo) and one 3/4 bathroom (shower, no tub) located off the main living area and easily accessible from all three bedrooms. There is a washer and dryer in a small utility closet. Guests have access to a small single-car garage (not suitable for larger vehicles).
