Located 4 blocks north of the Santa Fe Plaza, this property is approximately 1300 square feet and features Viga ceilings, a kiva fireplace, tile floors and a large balcony off the living room & dining room with spacious views. The main level of the house is upstairs with the king size master bedroom & private bath. This bedroom also has a private courtyard just outside the French doors. The kitchen is very nicely equipped with a gas cooktop, microwave, all the dinnerware & cookware provided. The living room with kiva fireplace is comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day in Santa Fe. Downstairs is the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed & private full bath. The owners have added Comcast high speed wireless internet and a portable evaporative air conditioner for the master bedroom for added convenience and comfort. There is a single car garage also. This is a non-smoking & no pet property.

Comment: Problem of 90 degree heat in day, nights did not cool property. badly in need of air conditioning.
Kokopelli response: Mr. Harris,We are very sorry for your discomfort in the home. This summer was unseasonably warm and we do have multiple homes with no A/C. For future reservations please let your vacation planner know that you desire some sort of cooling system in the home.
