Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home located in the prestigious gated community of Casa De San Juan. This home is in a rural, quiet and beautiful setting that is just 10 minutes from the Plaza and minutes from the Santa Fe Opera.
This home has a formal living area for visiting and relaxing which is wonderfully decorated with southwestern and contemporary art. Large floor to ceiling windows allow you to enjoy beautiful mountain views from the sofa. Above the formal living is a loft with TV for viewing pleasure.
The master bedroom has a king bed and kiva fireplace for the cooler evenings and French doors that open onto the back patio for the hot summer nights. It is also complete with a flat screen TV and Blue Ray player.
The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed and French doors that open onto the front patio. The upstairs guest bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. This home is great for Opera lovers and seasonal travelers.
This home is located near La Scala del Sol at the Opera and when leased together can accommodate a larger group traveling together or multiple families looking to stay close in proximity to one another.
